1. What Swaporia is
Swaporia is a non-custodial software interface. It displays quotes and routes provided by third-party aggregation infrastructure (LI.FI) across decentralized exchanges and bridges. Every transaction is constructed for you to review and is signed and submitted from your own wallet. We never take custody of your assets, never hold private keys, and cannot move funds on your behalf, reverse transactions, or recover assets sent in error.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Quotes, prices, and USD estimates are informational and may be inaccurate or stale. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Fees
Swaporia may charge an interface fee on swaps. When a fee applies, it is included in the quoted amounts shown before you confirm a trade. Network (gas) fees and third-party protocol fees are separate and outside our control.
4. Risks
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including total loss. Smart contracts and bridges can fail or be exploited; prices move between quote and execution; blockchain transactions are irreversible; cross-chain transfers can be delayed, partially filled, or refunded in a different asset. Use this interface only with funds you can afford to lose.
5. Eligibility and prohibited use
You may use this interface only if doing so is legal in your jurisdiction and you are of legal age. You may not use it if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for your own tax and reporting obligations.
6. Third-party services
Routing, liquidity, bridging, wallets, and blockchain networks are operated by third parties we do not control. Their terms and their failures are their own; we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party protocols, wallets, or networks.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the interface.
8. Changes
We may update the interface or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
